How We Handle Complaints
Our Commitment
Care Chemist welcomes feedback and takes complaints seriously. We investigate all complaints promptly and confidentially in line with GPhC and NHS England guidance.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days.
